At Liventrix.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy.

Eligibility:

• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer support at EdwinHenderson4891@hotmail.com to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
